Chinese Veterinary Herb Cards (CH20)

This exciting product contains 360 individual herb flash cards printed on durable card stock glossy paper in full color. Each set of herb cards is tabbed and sub-indexed by group and includes a master index of herbs, and a complete bibliography. All information required to study the individual herb for veterinary use is included on a 4.2" x 5.3" card.

The front of each herb card shows a full color botanical picture and a full color photo of each herb and part used. the Chinese (mandarin) character, Chinese Pin-yin name, Latin name, original reference, and the classical formula that uses this herb. The back of each card shows the herb properties (tastes, temperature, etc.) and Channel-entered symbols, actions, dosage for different animals, cautions and contraindications, and side effects.
